Product Review: Kidecals
It's back to school time, but I haven't been writing much about back to school for the last couple of years. Maybe I am cynical or just tired of all the marketing hype surrounding back to school.
We do not shop much before school starts in the fall, but I always label ALL of my kids' things for school. That's why I was delighted when Kidecals offered me a discount code to try out their adhesive labels. They were even so generous to make sure the code would cover labels for BOTH of my kids.
Kidecals has a large selection of sizes and designs of sticky labels that are waterproof, laundry safe, dishwasher safe, microwave safe and BPA free. It was really difficult to decide which ones to order, but I settled on the rectangular starter set (38 labels for $23) in two different designs.
The colorful package arrived really quickly with two sheets of labels (one for each of my kids). I ended up cutting the label sheets into sections to fit into a smaller envelope. I would have preferred the labels to be mailed this way, as the post office had the large envelope all scrunched up in my box (the labels are fine).
The labels I choose from Kidecals had room for me to add my telephone number in case the items are lost or misplaced. Other labels I have tried did not have room for a telephone number or the ability to change font color and size to match name length.
Best of all, Kidecals is offering Simply Organized Life readers a 15% discount code. Just type "summersavings" in the appropriate box at checkout (valid until October 28, 2016).
